Bangladesh is one of the top five populated nations in low-lying coastal areas that is recognised as a developing and newly industrialised country. The country's poverty level has decreased from 59% to 25.6% during the year 1991 to 2014. The population growth rate has declined from 2.9% per annum in 1974 to 1.2% in 2011. The economy has grown at around 6% in the last decade. But still, more than 38.4 million people live in poverty
